About

Cambridge Manor Condominium Association is administered by a Board of Directors, which is elected by the Homeowners of the Association. The condominium units are governed by the Master Deed, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations of the Condominium Association. Towne & Country Management handles the operation of Cambridge Manor, and they report to the Board of Directors.

The complex was built in the early 1980s, and it sits on approximately 40 acres of land with frontage on State Highway 35 North, and near the intersection of Apple Farm Road in Middletown, New Jersey. Cambridge Manor is a community of 39 buildings with 171 homes in a variety of unique floor plans. The one, two, and three bedroom homes range from 1,086 square feet to approximately 1,813 square feet. The one bedroom homes are condo style (upper with lovely decks and lower levels), while the two and three bedroom models are townhouse style with direct entry garages. Some homes have basements. Cambridge Manor is a pet friendly community.

Homeowners enjoy a park-like setting with tree-lined streets that are just perfect for walking or bike riding. The layouts of the buildings offer the residents privacy and a quiet setting. In addition to exterior maintenance and other common expenses, the monthly maintenance fee also includes the cost of water usage. Homeowners appreciate the benefits of fee simple ownership without the exterior maintenance that goes along with a single-family home.

Cambridge Manor is a Commuter’s Delight – conveniently located to the Middletown Train Station, Garden State Parkway, NY high-speed ferry service, and NJ Transit Bus. It is in close proximity to shopping centers, schools, parks, golf courses, restaurants, local beaches, and downtown Red Bank.
